"The staff were very nice and charismatic. There were not a lot of people there which was nice in our opinion. Right in the beach. Beach chairs/beds and a pool right outside. We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. We always seen somebody cleaning in the distance. It’s walkable. It’s in a sort of gated part of Tulum....

"Great beach front property that offers yoga classes and a zen feel! The property itself is beautiful with white sand pathways leading to each little villa. This hotel is by the beach however it is about a 17-25 min walk to the more busy areas. They offer bike rentals and you can usually find a taxi or collectivo driving buy which made transportation easy. "We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...

"Best stay!!! Loved the staff , loved the vibe!! Unfortunately i did go when the seaweed was at its fullest but i already knew so we planned to go to a cenote beach club and a lagoon and was amazing. Food is absolutely delicious at Tago and they have a Sushi restaurant there too that I highly recommend. Such an oasis and tranquility. Rooms were gorgeous and the vegetation around was so beautiful. Highly recommend this place, definitely will be coming back!!"

"We stayed in a Teepee on the beach- used the public bathrooms. The public bathrooms were gross but all public bathrooms are- bring disposable toilet covers/witch hazel/wipes/hand sanitizer/etc. There is an option to stay in a teepee by the bathrooms. I could not recommend against that enough/ it smells horrible down there :) The teepee on the beach was so nice. It seemed like we were the only ones staying in those ones.
