"The equipment in the gym did not work. The guy checking in was nice and good. The other lady and the guy checking out wasn't too friendly. The lady I had when I had asked her for a plunger and towel grab them both for me. When I brought down my used towels and my plunger she told me to go into a room and put them back as well as put the towels in a bin. I think if you pay $700 to stay here you should get better service but that's just me. The pool was also cold but that's to be expected. And I also had to empty out my garbage."

"Room was clean and fairly spacious. Only complaint was that bedding could have been better but overall a fine stay. Breakfast lacked some to be desired but was adequate. "

"The heating/cooling in the room was really loud, there was also light and noise all night from adjacent road. In the morning there was no hot water to shower"

"We had a lovely time at Hope Lake Lodge. My issue was with Expedia! They booked us into a room that the lodge no longer had available. We ended up in a smaller room. The staff at the lodge told us they had been dealing with Expedia’s screw up all day long!"
