"The Quality inn is definitely starting to lack in quality. The wall paper is peeling, there was a hole in the bathroom door, webs and dead bugs around the windows. The bathroom had a cigarette odor. This hotel is in serious need of major upgrades. It was tolerable for the one night I needed but if it was any longer I would have requested my money back. It is definitely time for the owners to put some TLC into this place. "

Two electrical outlets were actually only connected to the wall with scotch tape and had open wires shown. The sink faucet didn’t provide enough water to wash one’s hands, making hand sanitizer I keep in my care as my only option. As someone who’s allergic to dogs and smoke, having the room smell like both...

The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...
