"Great stay, with the only exception being the parking garage -- in disrepair, many of the slots unavailable, and the elevator has been unused in what looks like years. Walk up four flights, down four flights -- a first world problem!"

"The equipment in the gym did not work. The guy checking in was nice and good. The other lady and the guy checking out wasn't too friendly. The lady I had when I had asked her for a plunger and towel grab them both for me. When I brought down my used towels and my plunger she told me to go into a room and put them back as well as put the towels in a bin. I think if you pay $700 to stay here you should get better service but that's just me. The pool was also cold but that's to be expected. And I also had to empty out my garbage."

"Room was clean and fairly spacious. Only complaint was that bedding could have been better but overall a fine stay. Breakfast lacked some to be desired but was adequate. "

"The heating/cooling in the room was really loud, there was also light and noise all night from adjacent road. In the morning there was no hot water to shower"
