"Everyone was very kind, very helpful and incredibly patient. Only issue was a small ceiling leaks I slipped on a few times in the men's change room. It was hard to see small wet spots on the dark floor and the washing machine's dryer feature seemed pretty weak but I did have a larger load in there."

"For the price, this hotel is great. It is located right next, literally a block away, to Nakai Station, which is 2 stops away from the Yamanote Line. We had no problem getting around Tokyo from this station. The room represented the price. It is not fancy, but it totally works. The bathroom is tiny, but very functional. The only negative things i noticed were that the bed sheets had stains on them (even though they were washed, it seemed like old stains that won’t go away), there was dust...

FYI to those that aren't used to Japan customs, you will share a communal bath with other guests, so it may be unnerving the first time.
