"All aspects of the hotel were excellent.
Our room on 27th floor was splendid.
However, when we booked it stated that breakfast was included. At the hotel, we were told that only breakfast in the club room was included.
We thought this was strange."

"Hotel Rooms are nice but could use some updates.
(carpeting, furniture and bathroom fixtures)
I was a little surprised to find Tasters Choice instant coffee instead of expresso or Kuerig cups. (This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel)
Water only heated to 37 degrees so drink it fast!
Breakfast buffet was very good with VIP breakfast coupons that was part of Expedia package added extra value.
Breakfast buffet is $40 per person without the coupon.
Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating...

"Great location, good pricing, friendly staff. If your are looking for a comfortable and modern stay with just the basics then I don’t see any reason to complain about this hotel. A very useful option to avoid paying a fortune in the more opulent hotels. They kindly extended my checkout until 12pm for no extra charge."
