"on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling."

9. Shepherds Hideaway

Holsworthy

"We had the best week imaginable in this adorable shepherd's hut. The communication with the host was impeccable and they were friendly, helpful and efficient with every query. The hot tub is huge, as is the outside area for relaxing - the garden area is well shaded through the evening by trees and there is a field of beautiful cows for company. 14. Number Seven

Newquay

"Postives: Great location, clean, very comfortable, quiet, on site car parking, helpful on site host (apparently dog friendly too). Tiny negatives: You quite rightly could argue that no-one should need to watch the TV in a place like Watergate Bay, but the TV reception was poor (maybe it was intentional!). Car parking spaces are a bit tight. Maybe needs a new shower at some point in the future. Otherwise all good and would stay again/recommend to others."

15. Cottage in Newquay Near Fistral Beach

Newquay

"This property didn't exist. I arrived at the postcode "Atlantic reach". No other details were given to me.. after asking several times. Please don't book this i was on a call to Expedia for 3 hours finding me another property which they covered. This property is a scam. Nowhere near Fistral beach..I was fortunate Expedia could find me a property actually at Atlantic reach. As it was bank holiday hardly anywhere to stay near Newquay. BEWARE of this account it is not real. I found out the hard way...
