"It was a last minute booking due to our original hotel cancelling the evening before the Coldplay concert. It was adequate, clean and comfortable however extremely overpriced and clearly the hotel was taking advantage of people visiting for the concert. I looked and tonight the evening after the same hotel room is 185 cheaper. "

The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive.
