"One of the receptionists was cool, but the hotel is literally a mess. They say the rooms are non-smoking, yet the first room I got reeked of Marlboro cigarettes — it was like a literal hotbox of smoke. Then the second room I got, because I refused to stay in the first one, was a complete mess. The sheets weren’t even cleaned, and housekeeping clearly doesn’t bother changing them. "The facility looks new from the outside, bed comfortable but carpet dirty, cribs on the floor definitely housekeeping did not vacuum. Requested a blanket we were given a fitted sheet that we had to pick up the front desk as only 1 person is working. Breakfast ok. Music blasting on the floor we stayed into, no one said anything. We will NOT BE BACK ."

"Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were well kept. The only thing we found was that the rug was not vacuumed under the pull out sofa. We found an old pill, some dirt and crumbs, but it wasn’t too bad. We did have very noisy neighbors, but that is to be expected anywhere you go, especially on graduation weekend. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. "
