"Stayed here for an overnight whilst visiting in the area. The staff were very friendly an informative, directing me to the bests restaurants and pubs in the area. Rooms are compact but very clean and modern with all the usual modcons, t.v , tea and coffee etc. Will definitely return next year."

"I would really recommend this pub for your stay in Oxford. The room I had was decent and the food i ate both in the evening (it has a predominant seafood menu with specials) and breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when they were busy. "

"Contracted property earlier in the afternoon to request a early check-in as weather was bad, left a message but no-one got back to me. Eventually braved the rain and went to the property, no reply when I rang the bell. Looked on-line for possible other contact number to see that the property was closed. As the town was busy that weekend there was no affordable places for me and my daughter to stay so the only option we had was to head to train station and buy tickets to return to Newcastle. This...

"The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was a plus, with a microwave, small fridge, teapot, sink, dishes and silverware, enabling us to fix our own breakfast. The dressing table with a mirror and light made putting my makeup on much easier!"

"Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. "We had a very quiet time at this pod. The facility was recently built, so it was modern, warm, and comfortable with a great view. It was great that they had a wide variety of coffee and tea, and that cooking utensils were well-equipped. I also felt that they were committed to sustainability, such as using Faith in Nature shampoo. Things to keep in mind are that it would be that there was no dishwasher or washing machine, so everything had to be washed by hand."

"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away.
