"It was our first overnight stay here and we were pleasantly pleased how conveniently located it was to the centre. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, a very comfortable double bed which was spotlessly clean and fresh and everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Car parking is directly opposite. "

"I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. "I can't say enough great things about our experience. It was really like walking into a well appointed apartment and we felt very at home as soon as we walked in. Bed was very comfortable and we also appreciated the small touches like finding a small bottle of milk in the fridge. It's a very short walk from Preston Station, and beautiful Avenham Park is right around the corner. Very short walk to city center also. Great location and accomodation!"
