"I didn’t like having to move to another room because the carpet needed to be removed. I am a senior citizen, so it was not easy to go back and forth emptying my room. There was mold in the bathroom tiles, but I took care of that. All in all, I am satisfied with ESA and will always book my rooms with this facility."

"Great ! Always exceeds my expectations "

"I would stay here again. I had stayed on the day after a cruise and we were able to get early check in at noon. It would have been a 5 across the board but the pool area was having some kind of issue. We were allowed to use the pool at the hotel across the street since it had the same owners though."

"The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. The only negative issue was the bathtub was clean but had a big hole near by the knob - rusty. Definitely needed replacement. It didn't affect my ability to shower but I wondered if bugs could come in or out of there. Hope they fixed it 😊."
