"Dodgy area but convenient to the Expo Center, and security is strong around the hotel area with roving armed guards so no homeless issues in the hotel lot. Surprising nice hotel for the price, staff was super, and nice amenities."

"Staff were working hard. They were nice and polite. It's not a go for a walk at night type neighbourhood. It's walk out the door onto the field close for tournaments. Works very well. A gated parking lot would be a huge win. But no issues at all. It's fully fenced. Breakfast was enough. We'll use it for tournaments 100%. "

"Great breakfast. They serve early which allowed us to eat before early athletic event. Bed is comfy-feels smaller for 2 adult people. No microwave in the room but available downstairs to use anytime and great seating area to hangout and eat lunch and dinner. Missed the info on parking fee when hotel was booked. "

"This was a great hotel for an overnight stay. Bed was comfy, the bathroom was large and clean and had a nightlight-which most places don’t-it had microwave and refrigerator. The room was a nice size. For the price I would give it an A. Next door to Black Bear Diner. I would stay there again. "
