"Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. "

"Well located on the sea front, but that's about all. No hot water and a rather disinterested front desk. Fortunately, I was only staying one night. Would not recommend the place. However, the cost of the hotel should be taken into account I suppose."

"Warm welcome, comfortable and very clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen for a longer self catering stay. Well situated for town, beach, restaurants etc. loved the fresh fruit in reception and the tea and coffee available. "
