"Great stay at this hotel. After I checked out, I didn’t realize I had left my phone in the room. The staff found it and kept it safely until I could return to collect it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and help. The location is also very convenient — close to the metro, not far from the railway station, with many restaurants nearby. The Prado Museum is right next to the hotel as well. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!"

"Small room for two. One side of the bed very tight to get in and out of. Don’t love the washroom with lack of privacy. Shower door is terrible and lots of water comes out. Normal eco hotel. Similar to Motel 6 in Canada. Location was good. Staff very nice. Would try elsewhere next time "
