Second visit, previous in January, and if anything the expert has improved. Excellent location, professional service in modern building and pleasant if somewhat spartan rooms. Very efficient for a solo traveller.

Great location and awesome to have 24/7 front desk staff who were so helpful. Air conditioning easy to use. Lovely staff servicing the rooms. Modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice clean hotel with a lovely terrace. I liked my room a lot. It's a farther walk from Atocha than the name implies (20-25 minutes) and in a relatively dead area.

Clean, small rooms and a decent location a short ride from Atocha station. We stayed here as a 1 night stop before flying out of Spain the next day which it worked well for. I wouldn’t recommend the location for a lengthy tourist visit but the hotel is nice and the staff were great.

The hotel was very basic, and unfortunately, the room was extremely small, even for one person. There was barely any space for luggage and no closet, which made it difficult to keep things organized. The bathroom door serves two purposes as the bathroom door and the shower door , which was quite unusual and not very convenient. The bed was also extremely hard and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the cleaning staff did a good job and kept the room clean. One thing to keep in mind: if you arrive early and need to leave your luggage at the hotel, you have to pay to use the lockers. I travel extensively and have never encountered this before. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again on future travels.

Nice hotell, nice terrase. Good AC, clean, friendly personell. Nice neihboorhood. Close to the Metro, convinient location. Several good resturantes in the neiborhood. Felt safe - a lot of vaiting during check inn, sees ath system runs slowly. HARD beds

The hotel looked brand new. I didn't like the fact that they were still doing building work on the top floor next to our room with guests in the rooms. I hate that. Building work should be done with the hotel closed and not with guest in the hotel. At check in there were 2 ladies at the desk. One was checking people in working to clear the 5 people line and the other one completely ignored us and was chatting to a house keeper for about 10 minutes before resuming checking people in which was quite annoying. Other than that all good. I'd still recommended it for the location and new facilities.
