"We loved our stay in the family suite. It was a good size for our family of 4, with a bedroom where we could pop the kids to bed and we slept on the larger bed in the lounge. Had a good kitchenette, a large bathroom and a private jetted spa bath outside. Located on Fenton street is a great location as its oretty close to town but far enough away that it isnt noisy. We would definitely stay here again."

"SO nice and warm in the winter. The heated pool is a great feature for the kids. Perfect size apartment for the price. It is a bit dated but the price reflects that also. Would definitely stay for a quick trip again :) "

"Great property at a great price! Our room was newly remodeled and very quiet! The owner (I think) welcomed us and showed us to our room (even though it was raining). He made sure we knew how to work the AC and TV and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel while doing activities in the Rotorua area!"
