"The hotel looks very stylish and great it’s seconds from the wildlife park. We had a room facing the courtyard which was lovely. There was plenty to do and shops on site. "Stayed one night at The Loftsome Bridge hotel and would definitely book to stay there again. The courtyard outside of reception had a nice seating area and a lily pond. Our room was super clean (as was the the rest of the hotel), and the beds were very comfortable. "A clean , comfortable hotel at a good price. Excellent staff and products. Room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was well stocked with bathing products but could really have benefited from a small revamp. Shower head had alot of lime scale and the toilet wouldn't fully flush. "On arrival externally it is rather bleak but i found that the breakfast area and my room were sufficient for my needs, corridors etc somewhat dated and a lift that loves to open its doors several times when i would rather they shut. "David and the staff were amazing. We got so much great service, information, food and beverage service and overall logistics help. The kitchen staff were on top of everything, cleaning tables and refreshing breakfast items. They all deserve major praise. That can't be an easy job. And they did it all with poise, service and smiles."
