Friendly day time receptionist. 2nd night of our stayed, my whole family of four got frightened as the room door was opened by someone from outside. Then I saw the night duty receptionist opened our room door using the master key. When query, he said open the door to shows the room to new guest. I sound him, that he should knock the door...

"My two nights stay was good. Lady owner can communicate in English. Room is clean and seems renovated. Window has city view and sealed perfect for normal noises. The only problem is the church next door. Because my stays were at weekends(not sure about weekdays), church had early morning mass which were very loud. "

"I feel bad saying anything negative about this Resort because everyone who worked there were amazing. The grounds of this facility were amazing. All the vegetation was beautiful and its right on the beach.... but the rooms well the Bungalow, I should say, that's where we stayed were very basic . The mattress and the pillows were both hard. The walls looked like they had black mold all over them, ugh. There were no shelves to put any of your stuff in the bathroom and one armoire to put any...

"The hotel did not expect me. Then asked me to pay 500k dong per day despite the document indicating that i had paid. They did not speak a word of english - and that did not help. I had trouble locating my receipt on the Expedia website.They called a next door neighbor in who spoke very good english.. and after three separate conversations - and 2-3 hours of wasted time. they excepted that there was no problem. They said that expedia had not paid them, and that seemed to be the confusion....

"Todo fue increíble !! Muy buena ubicación aunque no en la mera playa. Un servicio excepcional. Hacen todo lo posible para complacerte. Alberca súper bonita y cómoda. Digamos un hotel boutique pero sin la etiqueta. (Solo falta poner aroma en las toallas y que no sean de micro fibra para que sequen mejor) pero es un detalle mínimo. Todo lo demás Súper Bien!!
