"Checking in was very very easy, our conversation at check in was lighthearted and fun , the overall character of this hotel is so unique it was comforting. The halls, unusual doorways and decor all together made this a very good nights stay in Lisbon."

"We got the upgraded room option including breakfast and we were really glad that we did. The room had a comfortable queen size bed with a large TV (with satellite service) and a nice bathroom. A/C also came in handy when the room got hot as the weather in Lisbon was great. Location is excellent with a lot of restaurant and shopping options very nearby and the nice continental breakfast and coffee were quite good. Overall very satisfied with our stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The front desk service was excellent . They were always wollong to help. I had an issue with charging my phone and the friendly feont desk person helped by allowing me to charge the phone at the reception area. The area has great dining and beautiful parks and gardens."

"I really enjoyed this hostile right in the heart of historic Lisbon. Even though it was on the fourth floor, there was an accommodating elevator that was always available. The property was clean and well-maintained, the showers were hot, and there was a lovely kitchen and breakfast room where you could enjoy the Free breakfast the next morning. I particularly like the fact that the beds were in a private cubicle complete with a curtain and electric charging with a personal lighting within the...
