"Lovely hotel. My friend and I had a nice stay"

"Confusion around shuttle is our only complaint. We were told that it did not run until 6am. The listing says it starts at 4am. We came down early so we made sure we were on the 6 only to find a shuttle leaving at 5:30am. Worked out for us but caused us some grief. Also, the driver was very wreckless. "

"Room was clean & perfect for me. (Yes, the room was small, but I call it cozy.) Abshir at the front desk was very personable & helpful. The location was perfect, as I was able to walk to eat and to see many sights. Definitely a very good place to stay!"

"They saved us when the other hotel failed us. Other than the fact there was no elevator taking us to the second floor I have no complaints. Very friendly staff, quick convenient breakfast, clean and comfortable. Easy access off the highway for a family weekend wedding stay. "

"Great location close to downtown Boston. The Lechmere train station is a short walk away. The price compared to downtown Boston was significantly less, and just a short train right away. "

"I've stayed here numerous times over the years and it never disappoints. The common areas are so comfortable and spacious, while the beds offer plenty of privacy and the thick walls & doors shut out noise - I have never had a bad night of sleep here. Many thanks to the reception staff on the morning of my arrival and later at check-in - I really benefited from that extra half hour ! Look forward to my next stay."

"The breakfast options were great especially with my picky kids. House keeping did a great job with keeping our rooms clean and comfortable each day. The staff from reception were very friendly and polite. Parking was a breeze and the location cannot be beat. I will definitely return!"
