"You get what you pay for. It's great as long as you don't expect luxury. One towel per person. The shower gel was lovely though. Basic but clean."

"Unfortunately I stayed 3 nights and barely slept (even with ear plugs). The slamming doors at 2 , 3 and 4 in the morning and shouting etc in the corridors was terrible. It was pretty intimidating to be honest and felt like I had to stay in my room. It’s a shame as the concept is good value (however at the expense of sleep)….. but I won’t be staying again."

"😄spacious room, king bed, quality carpet and good breakfast.
🙁No fire plan, no safe, no room info or QR code-gave up trying to get the TV to work and no one on reception to ask.No housekeeping visit at all was odd? Bathroom needs deep clean of tiles, taps or preferably refurbished as bath chipped and holes in tiles from previous fittings very poorly filled. Paint chips on the furniture. "Only stayed one night to go to a concert. Said check in from 3pm but when I arrived at 4pm room was not ready. No air-conditioning in room but it was big & beds looked clean but whole place is in need of decorating. Lift was out if order. Kettle in room but only two mugs for three people. Had to ask a couple of times to get an extra mug. Did not use bath or shower over bath as didn't look clean. Towels are provided but no toiletries. Pub next door was good for a drink beforehand but doesn't do...

"Room was clean but stair carpets were smelly and dirty also skirting board gathered lots of dust.
Room curtains had dirty stains on them, I told staff but nothing was done about it. No lifts, had to go up the stairs to the third floor than 4th floor.
Downstairs and reception area looked very clean and inviting, but up the stairs were dirty snd smelly. Dirty towel left in hanging in the bathroom, dirty nappies left in the bin, bedding were clean but pillows and duvet had bad smell."
