When we were finally allowed to return to our room the lifts did not work, when we made it to the room the key card didn’t work so had to go back down to reception. Again no apologies made. "

The bedrooms have been partially renovated but there is much to be done and there is a need for a deep clean and a repair and repaint of the rooms.
