I had to pack up and move to a new room); inoperable elevator (had to walk up 4 flights of stairs in heels, with bag of food and two giant water bottles after a loved one’s funeral); and was told by staff that irons are not provided so I drove to the nearest Walmart and bought a steamer only to learn from the manager that irons are indeed available and provided when requested. This was an awful first impression which I shared with the manager and with Kendal at corporate customer support. I will not be back. "
