"this hotel deserves more stars than 5. super accessible to downtown porto. the staff was super great! we only stay 3.5 days and we wished we stayed longer. everything that you want to see is just as you step outside the hotel. we included the breakfast and it was great. if we go back to port, we for sure will stay here again"

"Les jeunes gens qui partageaient mon dortoir sont tous et toutes rentrés vendredi et samedi a des geires tardives et differentes. Aucun ne faisaient vraiment attention au respect des autres. Ils furent tous plus ou moins bruyants. Deux ou trois de ces jeunes étaient bien emeches. M eeeceullant bruyamment, me parlant sans me connaître, limite a vomir dans la piece . Quand on accueille des touristes on fait en sorte qu ils respectent les regles de la vie en groupe"

"Property was modern and newish, we booked 2 rooms whole floor, hot water ran out at 2 person, other room had a freezing cold shower, no hot water left!!!, Also not enough linen, it was freezing all night only 1 light weight blanket on bed no spare in cardboard, also toilet running all night. Woke up exhausted and uneasy, would not return. Aircon doesn't seam to have heat settling on cold!"

"We spent three hours in the cold and dark trying to get access into the building. Prior to arriving, we didn’t receive the email telling procedures for access. We call the support people eight times for help to get the access code. The elevator would not take us to the 4th floor, but would come to the 4th to take us down. Very clean and quiet. "
