"The hotel is brilliant, looks newly built therefore is very modern. The rooms are a good size, queensbridge subway station is down the road from it. Staff are great. We asked for the room to be cleaned once in our 6 day stay - we tidied ourselves and got fresh towels but the time they did clean they didnt change the sheets which was a shame. They provide soap, face wipes (make-up), body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The room is big and spacious. I would definitely stay again. "

"Very clean rooms, brilliant communication and friendly staff. An hours walk from time square/ New York City centre but lovely walk into the centre. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
