"The hotel is very good, especially considering its location in the Bronx. It has very easy access to public transportation, which is a big plus. My only issue was with the room temperature—the room was quite hot, and although the air conditioning was set to 62°F, it did not seem to cool properly. Additionally, I found it unnecessary that guests receive a phone call at 10 a.m. to remind them that check-out is at 11 a.m. Overall, a good stay, but a few small improvements would make it even better."

"I was assigned a corner room where two nearby doors are very close together. We could hear doors opening and closing throughout the night, which was quite noisy. In the morning, the housekeeping staff also shut doors loudly. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed with my stay here. And for luggage storage, they charge $4 per item regardless of size…"

"​Great stay during a chaotic travel day! After a wave of flight cancellations, the Comfort Inn JFK was exactly what we needed. Its close proximity to the airport and the convenient shuttle made the transition seamless. ​The standout, however, was the staff. They were incredibly accommodating and managed to get us a very early check-in, which was a huge relief. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stress-free stay near JFK!"

"Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was roomy for two people with a modern full size bathroom. We were allowed to check in at no additional cost (typically they charge $40) but the man at the front desk was very nice since we had alot of bags. — there is nowhere to store bags if your room is not ready so plan accordingly. The room was very clean, air conditioning and heating worked great, WiFi was strong, however walls were thin. You could hear pretty much everything because rooms are close together. This hotel is close to the projects so keep that in mind. This isn’t the nicest area of queens. But I never feared for my safety and found it easy to get around. This is a short 5m walk to the Q66 bus and the F train. "
