"Easy Check in and courtesy staff. One Outstanding thing I want to mention . Is that when we left and were already over 2 hrs away my wife realized she left 2 items in the lobby area that were valuable and important to her. We called and they secured the items and set them aside to be picked up by one of our friends and everything was intact when they arrived. Staff needs to be commended for their honesty and courtesy which is very rare these days. Needless to say we will stay again and...

"I first stayed at this hotel back in July, 2025 simply because of it's convenience. It was clean and the morning breakfast was delicious. I had to return to Rochester in September, 2025 and didn't even bother looking for another hotel due to the amazing staff!! The front desk lady "Miss Chardonnay" was always there to greet me with her amazing personality and warmth...and she is the main reason I will be returning to this same hotel later this year as well!
