"Contactless check in was no problem. Took a second to find the Goki app to get in the room but after that, no issues. I had a request for additional pillows to help with my back and they accommodated. The elevator is SUPER TINY but works great. The water pressure is powerful in the shower 👍. "

"The property is located about 15 minutes from the Lucerne train station. When we checked in, the registration was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if we’re going to eat and when we said yes, they said they would have a table waiting for us in the attached restaurant. The room was large and very clean. "Felt at home and it was great to chat with young, intelligent, enthusiastic, and energized international guests."

"We were in Austria but the rains closed all the trains. We decided to go to the Interlaken area. Hotel Alpenrose was the only hotel that wasn’t double our budget. It is really more of a cozy bed and breakfast than a hotel. It was a little bit out of the way but the trains are so easy in Switzerland than it wasn’t an issue. The ride back gave us time to get caught on emails and send pictures and texts friends and family. We would stay there again. "
