"Female at check in was totally bored and unhelpful. The males on front desk during my stay we mostly very helpful and nice. Also guys on duty,porters etc, also very nice and helpful. I stayed here about 6 times defore covid and it is now nothing like it used to be. Breakfast appalling, used to be great. after first morning I had breakfast at the hotel across the road. So did many others I spoke with."

"I loved my stay at THA City Loft. The staff are very friendly and helpful and were very easy to talk to as an English speaker. Room was clean, many restaurants and cafes nearby, short walk to the train station, great wifi and Chromecast on my tv! "Stayed here for four nights. Great location, 5 min walk to metro station, across the street from 7/11. Very clean room, comfortable bed. A lot of storage space in the room and nice natural lighting. Enjoyed our stay!"

"The building is a little oasis in the concrete city close to sela deng BTS station. Did I mention they have an outside pool opens till 7pm great for the heat. Close to the Patpong night market where all the good craziness happens. Very good value for money"
