"The location is okay, however the hotel is old and in very bad condition. The room they gave me at first had a huge window in the bathroom and no shades, also the curtain shower did not close properly and there was a ball of hair in the corner of the bathroom floor: nasty, horrible, disgusting, unacceptable. I complained and they gave me another room which was better but still bad. Breakfast was poor. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"I’ve stayed here many times and each time I’m greeted with wonderful, thoughtful staff. The hotel has only a few things (like the hallway) that are a tad dated, but the rooms are gorgeous. The pool and sauna are lovely, and the restaurant is incredible. This is a must stay!!"

"The Inn is in a great location - directly opposite as you get off the ferry, amazing views, and we enjoyed a long walk around Ardgour directly from the Inn. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our time there."

"Our stay at the hotel was very nice, room was comfortable and the staff extremely pleasant. we did make a comment re our evening meal but hear no more about it (lasagne was dry) i have attempted to make contact with the hotel by phone since our stay on the 14th February but no one seems to pick up phone calls. my query is regarding the addition of VAT added to our bill food and drinks. i did not see any evidence of VAT included or to be added to our bill. my hotel receipt shows at the foot of the bill that "this is not a VAT invoice but your VAT number is included in your footer. is this an error on your part or have i missed this. "Room spotless, public areas lovely, exterior and views beautiful. Staff courteous & friendly. Could change their way of dressing though. Very casual & looked like other guests. We had a lovely stay."
