"Our room was clean and comfortable. When booking, request a room at the back of the building. Our first night was a Saturday and the music from the pub across the street was SO LOUD we couldn’t sleep. Hotel staff kindly moved us to another room at the back of the hotel which was much better. Staff was very helpful. Alan from the front desk helped us find some cardboard to protect some prints we had purchased at the Craft Village. He went above and beyond for us."

"Nice large room with high ceiling but could have done with some renovation (window frames etc.) Comfortable bed and furnishings. Access to a fully equipped kitchen and lounge was very useful and comfortable. No real place to leave my bicycle but it was indoors and safe nontheless. I really enjoyed the walking tour of Derry provided by staff at a reasonable price. The staff were only available at their sister location around the corner which could be a little inconvenient. "Great location only 10 minutes walk to town center. The place is cozy and clean as you share a room inside the family home. There is no parking on site, and you have to park on the street next to the house. The place can be noisy up until 11pm and in the morning after 5pm because it’s locate on the main road to town. Overall it’s a great experience to stay where local people live."

"Serendipity house, lies about their amenities.  You cannot access the patio unless it’s breakfast for only 1.5 hours. There is NO lobby available for you to use. Additionally, there is NO RESTRUANT and NO BAR. They even listed it in the hotel room upon our stay, and neither were available, and the looks of it, they have not been available for quite a while. They do not care that they are lying. When you come you only have access to your room, so don’t plan on having anywhere else to hang out,...
