"Super twin room, beds super comfy and cosy. Shower large and efficient and the bonus of a good all you could eat brekkie.
Would suggest shopping around for parking though as found a much cheaper car park than the suggested one. Half the price of the hotels preferred car park and just a 4 minute stroll."

"Hotel location great. Rooms good although "free" tea and coffee facilities would be good. Buffet breakfast good and had hot food which the hotel site does not advertise.
Probably unfair to mark the stay poor but for the following issue. Called the A&O help centre which appears to be in Germany. Unable to get the number for the hotel. Asked if they had a luggage room as we were arriving in Manchester early and the event we were attending kicked off before the 3pm check in time. Told they didn't...

"The staff was super helpful and understanding - no matter the hour. The beds were changed and cleaned swiftly, and in time, I didn't even notice it. Rooms were clean and provided enough personal space for everyone.
Breakfast was rather good and changed a little every time, which was a fun bonus.
The only minuses I can write about are the level of noise that travelled through the windows/walls and the heat in the rooms. Those, however, were not entirely unexpected - the location was around...

"Onestamente non so neanche da dove iniziare. Cito solo che la finestra in camera non si chiudeva e ho dormito praticamente con la finestra aperta. Pulizia davvero pessima e, cosa ancora più grave, la moquette sollevata dal pavimento e impolverata."

"It was clean and modern plenty
of seating to relax in. The bar was available for coffee, drinks and snacks. Near the train station and the rooms were clean. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast which was continental catered for all tastes vegan if required. All in all a most pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely go again."

"Very nice hotel. Extremely quiet considering it is located in the centre of Manchester. The room was immaculate and of a decent size. Very convenient for the Palace theatre, where I attended a show. Easily accessible for trams and lots of pubs and restaurants. Close to the main library and other places of interest. I would recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay there again. I didn’t have breakfast but will try that next time I visit."

"I absolutely LOVE this place. Property is gorgeous, rooms comfortable and clean. Easy walks around and the staff were very helpful. I will be back without question as this is a great peaceful place I wish to return to and soon. Breakfast spread was good as well! We were in a bind for the last night of our stay; the staff went above and beyond to help us, very lovely people, and we wish them all the best."
