Location is uphill and away from restaurants, shops, central sightseeing, so we relaxed and ate in the hotel restaurant that was surprisingly good; thanks to a previous reviewer who recommended the excellent pumpkin soup. Really nice facility, great value for the money."

"talk about history! walking into this place - STUNNING! BEAUTIFUL! i thought i booked a two story room but we just got a single floor with three beds - it was a stunning space but the bathroom was extremely tiny and the shower pressure sucked. there is a salon downstairs so we all had our hair washed there. the unlimited tea in the lobby was fabulous and so nice to snuggle in the lobby at night at the end of the day. everything was clean and the staff was very kind - some knew english better...

"We arrived early in the morning but they were kind and let us check in early. All staff were so nice and we felt so welcome to be there. Hotel is clean and comfortable to stay. We loved everything about the hotel!"

"I stayed here for three nights with my boyfriend while visiting from the U.S. The room was very spacious with a king sized bed and a beautiful bathroom. Everything was very clean and they provided soaps, lotions, and hair shampoo. Downstairs by the entrance the staff has hot water and different types of teas available at all hours, which is so nice to come home to after a long day! The complementary breakfast was delicious and they made our eggs and coffee however we liked. We left for a few...

"Super Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was located in a small street with some nightclubs (but not noisy at all) and we felt safe the whole time. Cusco has a lot of security and this hotel is located really close to plaza de armas which is a pickup spot for most of the tours. So very convenient!! "

"Front desk person is always helpful breakfast is great it just our bathroom the toilet bowl is kind a loose it’s wiggly and there’s a leak but that’s not a big deal for us "
