"Great location although I suggest taking vaporeto to avoid the long walk from the train station with luggage. Rooms were extra clean and good size when compared to US standards. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options on the menue. Hotel is in the heart of Venice , making it extremely convenient to explore around."

"The staff was very nice. The location is very close to the train station. Our room was clean and comfortable. They had breakfast available. Our room didn't have AC but the heater was working. The surrounding area as far I noticed had no many commercial locations. I will stay again."

"It’s not in the main city of Venice but if you would like to stay away from the crowd this is a good place. A lot of local restaurants to eat around and you are away from the tourists trap. Would recommend the hotel. "

"Everything about this hotel was amazing! Room was big, bed and pillows were comfortable, view of grand canal and Rialto Bridge was gorgeous. Staff and breakfast all top notch. Loved having the lounge area next to our room on 3rd floor with the little balcony we could go out on and watch the bustle of activity. Only complaint was the bathroom was a bit tight, but I think that’s expected in Italy. Great recommendations from staff on restaurants and shops for authentic Venetian food and items....

"Clean and cozy in a great location. Just a few minutes from San Marco Square, the Basilica, and the Doge's palace, this was the perfect place to stay for a first time visit to Venice. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Really easy to use the vaporetto to get to and from the train station using the Rialto stop. "
