The house is a home away from home in all aspects, especially if you have a family that wants to stay and hang out together. The easy check in/out was wonderful. Very low sense of urgency to fix the refrigerator. Called first thing and 5 1/2 hours later they came to look at it and 3 days later a new one was delivered. A bit rude person tending the property. The handy man was nice and helpful. "
