"Not really sure what others are referencing with the reviews of this place. The sheets were comfortable and warm, AC worked okay and hot water was amazing. The room we got was clean save for natural wear over time"

"My favorite part of my stay was sitting on the back porch each morning enjoying the song birds as I drank my coffee. In the evening, this same spot was equally amazing as I got to enjoy the sunset.
We also enjoyed the pet friendly fenced in yard that opened up from the master bedroom.
The main floor is very spacious with lots of windows, and the owner brightened up the house with nice decorations and cozy spaces."

"This property is pretty run down, and not as nice as depicted. Needs some repairs,
upgrades, and a really good cleaning. The first night while turning down bed, I brushed off what looked like rodent droppings on top of the bed."
