"Unfortunately this hotel experience was a disappointment. We were given a room that was locked from inside, and when I complained this has never happened to us, the staff remarked, "It happens to us all the time!" - which did not say a lot about the property upkeeping or management. The room smelled faintly of dirty cleaning water. Bathroom fan was working, but the staff did not leave us enough towels for all of us. Breakfast buffet was excellent! I would come back just for the food. Easy...

"The breakfast food was not very good. The breakfast area was kind of dirty. There were probably a couple of hundred people going through there touching the tongs, but there was not a single hand sanitizer to be found. And this was at the height of flu season. Pretty gross. "

"The rooms are not clean they seem to be rushed. Hair on the ceiling, clogged sink, dust in. Vanity bathroom, hair on the TV, humidity in. The bathroom wall paper seems to have a bit of mold growing.
Convenience for location, staff is friendly, but the rooms are not cleaned properly. "

"The room was clean, Staff was Excellent. Great place to do Laundry and use the Gym. Breakfast was Excellent and the Staff was wonderful.
Love that there were plenty of restaurants, in walking distance. Excellent!!! Walmart, & other stores were also in Walking distance.

"The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station. "While staying at the heritage inn, the first thing I noticed was that the room phones did not work. I then called the front desk from my cell phone and watched no one answer the phone. I didn’t get my room cleaned or received fresh towels at all and had to walk to the front desk for more toilet paper. Then the pool was ice cold each day and no one came to assist in making the experience better. "
