"After arriving at 3 am my check-in was still honored. The hotel receptionist said I had just been marked a no show but the stay was still good. My plane had been delayed. It was a great place to rest my weary head after a hectic travel day. "

"What an amazingly positive experience I had at this hotel. First, the young woman who worked the desk for checkin on Nov 17th was kind, helpful, considerate and patient. She smiled! The hotel itself is beautiful! The atrium! Wow! Loved the complimentary, pleasant shuttle to the airport. Loved being able to leave my car at the hotel. The bedding was lovely. A great experience all the way around. "

"We love this hotel. It is in the heart of Detroit, so most everything is walkable, plus it is on the Detroit River. The rooms are always clean and the staff usually let us check in early, which is a massive benefit when flying in from another state. There are good dining options + I enjoy seeing the GM vehicles on the main floor. "

"Everything was perfect. The only thing I would suggest check the coffee maker. I had to wash the filter holder due to a filter being in it and there was mold. Not a big deal for me. I don't mind cleaning other than that, Sam everything was perfect, buddy."
