"The room was very clean and had a wonderful layout. The receptionist at the front desk was courteous and friendly. As this was our first time at this hotel she took time to explain where and how to get to our room as well as giving us information on food and the breakfast time. We enjoyed are stay."

"The only issue was the toilet wasting water and running the whole time. Had to shut the door to avoid listening. Tried to fix it but it was a bad float valve. room 101. The morning I was to leave, I needed a window scraper in the morning, as it had snowed crustily on my rental vehicle. The front desk did not have one but the attendant gladly offered to retrieve one from their car. While they were gone, I discovered the rental had one. The attendant is very thoughtful. I should have food...
