"I walked down the road from VR to Mangere village about 2 km lovely evening stroll .Early flight next day reason for stay..Hill walk nearby there. Free Shuttle airport service is 100% great.Shared bathroom in hallway very good.Full shared kitchen on site up hall. Room cleanbed comfy and quiet and private . Parts of second hotel now joint management on site being upgraded in areas near lower cost room I chose.Not an issue to me. Great pool and grass area would be fab in summer with kids."

"Stayed in town to do a course study over the weekend. I liked the vibe of the hotel, very chic and hip. Was great to just sit at the bar, with my notes and have a drink with dinner, and the hotel restaurant was very relaxing. As a seasoned traveler, I will say the portions/quality for the price of the food - were not the best. I enjoyed the evening, either way in the atmosphere. My room was very nice. Comfy bed, didn't have to beg for pillows - or extra linens, plenty of them! Lovely closet...
