"10/10! The room was cozy and well air-conditioned. Staff were incredible and super friendly, and the hotel was in an amazing location along a busy shopping street. Only slight issue was it could get quite loud at night, due to the area being very busy."

Excellent location for the Spanish Quarter and very close to the Toledo Metro, so easy transit to Garabaldi/Centrale train station for trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum. Just note that signage for the hotel is poor, the reception is at first floor level after entering the building through so large metal gates on Via Toledo. But I would gladly stay there again "

"The location is very good. We walked every night to Via Toledo. The place is clean. It is walking distance from Napoli’s Central Station. For me, it is important to have clean sheets/towels/and bathroom and I found all at the premises. Marco was very nice and friendly. The entire team was friendly. "
