"I cannot emphasize enough the customer service and hospitality of this staff. I watched managers step in with rushes and friendly check-ins with guests if they appeared to be lost or looking for something. Found the rooms were clean and AC worked amazing! Parking is on-site and enclosed, so felt very safe with my car. Overall great stay for quick work trip"

"I was satisfied with the stay, though I had read some negative reviews which were not good about bath water and old fixtures. At the front desk, a nice hotel man explained how to turn on bath water when I mentioned my concerns. We need to pull out the shower handle toward us and turn! The king bed room was spacious enough and very cleanly maintained, though some old stained spots on the carpet which didn’t bother me as long as the floor was cleanly vacuumed. In the morning, I enjoyed the view...

"Fantastic! Great staff that was super proactively helpful. The price is an amazing bargain. You couldn't be more conveniently located to BART and the neighborhood is lovely. The one thing to note; the beds are not Queen Sized as advertised, but Double/Full Sized at best. Just something to note, and not at all a deal breaker in my opinion."
