"Few days in my hometown for wifes birthday 🎂, stayed here afew times before so all good, breakfast was good, bar staff where great in the evening , price of drinks at the bar are pricey but average for a city centre hotel. good location, easy access for transport to Anfield for the match too. overall a good stay "

"Excellent hotel, and the staff were all very helpful, friendly and polite. Our stay was fantastic. The hotel has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which we were able to use for a small extra. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. It is a dated hotel though, so the bathroom wasn't great (our shower had poor pressure as the taps kept running even with the shower on) and the rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Breakfast is only til 9 too so a bit rushed in the morning."

"We stay here every August when we attend a convention. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Could do with maybe a deeper clean as the edges of the carpet were dirty and had bits of food. "
