"Room was a good size - pool area was nice (only a couple of people in there). Able to use jacuzzi, sauna and steam room without any hassle of too many people. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as the food choices didn’t suit both of us. A fancy burger on the restaurant menu would have been a good option as we could all have eaten. Bar food was great. "

"We were able to check-in a little bit early upon arrival. I'd previously completed an online check-in so it was very quick. The room was in good working order and as described. We had breakfast included in our rate. It was nice; there was a good selection and it was well worth having as there aren't any other options on the door step. "If you're looking for affordable accommodation, Hotel Ramala is one of the best options around. The food is excellent – I had breakfast and dinner there twice, and both were really good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to Junction 2 on the M5, with Aldi right beside it and Asda opposite. Plus, it's just a five-minute walk to shopping and restaurants."

"This was our 3rd stay to visit friends,who live close by, and that should speak volumes. The rooms are more than decent in size as is the ensuite. Very comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities and even a hairdryer. Ample free parking for guests and a short walk to the shops and bars."
