Salerno is a great jumping off point for the rest of the Amalfi Coast and we highly recommend The Plaza."

"This hotel was the best, the staff were super friendly, the rooms had great working aur conditioning even during 40 degrees Celsius heat wave, the shower pressure was great and the size of the shower was comfortable amd not those tiny showers. their rooftop terrace is large with amazing views of the sea. "It’s about 20 minutes to Amalfi nice walk. 2 minutes bus back for 1.5 EU. The smallest room doesn’t fit a regular size adult im petite and struggled. Tiny little room we made do. But never again, if I would stay there again I’ll get the bigger room. How can they build them that way? The staff were beyond nice and helpful. "

"Stayed 6 nights as a family of 4. We stayed in the family suite. The suite is spacious and has plenty of room for the clothes. The room offers a large balcony overlooking the sea. If you want to enjoy your bottle of wine on the balcony do not forget to pack a bottle opener as the hotel doesn’t provide it. Breakfast is really good, with yummy pastry and excellent coffee. Highly recommend this hotel."
