"We love this hotel and will stay every time we need to be in the Cleveland area. The location is amazing and just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland. The staff always make you feel comfortable and always ready for a friendly chat. My kids loved the huge swimming pool and the fitness center was very well stocked. "The lobby was clearly new and refurnished, but not so for the rooms, which looked like they hadn't been redone in a couple of decades. There weren't enough towels for 4 people on check in and it took 3-4 minutes for the water to get hot for each shower. "

Literally the ONLY negative thing I can say about it is that the bed was not very comfy, agreed upon by my wife; we both slept pretty poorly, but there were also other personal factors, so we could have just been having a weird night, as neither of us are usually very picky about mattresses (or maybe we’re just getting old…).
