"Our room was on 4th floor. Two single beds in room. Thankful there was a desk fan in situ as was so very hot during our stay. Room was small but adequate for our needs and as it was only for one night it didn’t feel like we had no space. The bathroom, although quite dated, was very clean and tidy. "Lots of parking spaces, even as we arrived late in the day. "There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"The counter, breakfast staff were helpful and pleasant.
What I did not like and should have made a fuss about was the evening meal. The fries were over cooked and hard. The onion rings had been cremated, dark brown and burnt. I left half the meal as it was disgusting. I thought then and hoped the morning breakfast wasn’t going to be the same. Luckily it was excellent, must have a different chef for evening and breakfast meals."

"Good facilities and really good size room. There were no spare pillows in the room (I don't want to have to ask), no toilet brush in the rest room which is fine if maid service makes a good job of cleaning the toilet; which they didn't. Beginning of mould in shower could have done with a deep clean in bathroom.No air conditioning in rooms really isn't good enough in this day and age. Also used for corporate clients/company retreats/training and they seemed a bit rowdy, need to actively manage...

"The hotel is essentially a leisure complex. The rooms clean and tidy but for a family four small. I was surprised to discover considering the age of the property there was no AC. We were offered fans which were barely adequate. There are no lifts in the property and manhandling 6 suitcases was a challenge. Good onsite parking. The standout of the visit was the staff. Excellent. Also the food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced"
