"Hotel was nice and staff were friendly. The spa was closed (main reason for booking) and only found out during check in, however we able to use the spa facilities at their neighbor hotel at The Celtic Manor Resort, which is a gorgeous resort and we got to use the facilities on check in day and after check out too! Was a nice weekend overall."

"Hotel is in a great position for visiting Bristol and the theatre.
The room was clean and well furnished, and the breakfast was good.
The hotel offers discounted parking at the Millenium car park opposite.
Would edefinitely recommend this hotel."
