"we absolutely, loved our stay at orbit, it was clean and all of the staff members were very friendly and helpful, especially the women working the front desk they were incredible, politely helping us numerous times get things we needed and the entire property was well cleaned and maintained all day, even the pool was sparkly clean and the heated water and jacuzzi was definitely a plus, we definitely will be staying there again next time we go to Orlando"

"The lobby was clean, bright, cheerful. The staff very polite, and welcoming. The facility was well kept. Our room was bright, clean, neat, comfortable and inviting. The furniture was clean and in good condition. We felt very comfortable."

"We called ahead to try and check in early after letting them know we would be arriving about 1:30/2pm. First time I called was about 1:40pm and was told they get an update from house keeping at 2:30pm to call back then. I call then and they contact house keeping and tell us they just finished cleaning and we can check in. When we got there we found a fake nail on the master bedroom door, trash on one of the nightstands, and trash out by the pool."

"His was a replacement property after my inital booking was canceled same day. I did not receive the check-in details until 1 hour after arriving. I had to call at 4:10 to ask about my check-in. "The advertisement on line is NOTHING like the actual property. They are baiting and switching. I even emailed them to confirm a few things, and they never followed thru with any of that. The room was FILTHY... i have videos of hair in the tub, food on the bedding. The carpet was not fit to walk on.
